Returns
You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 100 days from your item’s delivery date.
All returned items cannot show any marks of use.
If you want to return an item, please contact us at info@ultra-desk.com. We will immediately provide you with an address and further instructions.
The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. You will receive a refund within 7 days after returning the product. The costs of the return shipping are covered by the buyer.
