What is the shipping and delivery time, and where to find the tracking number?

Dispatch time from the warehouse:

All orders finalized and paid for by 12:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are handed over to the courier on the next available business day.

We cooperate with logistics market leaders to ensure the highest standard of service. Deliveries are carried out by:

The carrier is selected by the Customer during the checkout process.

How to track your order:

As soon as we begin picking your order, you will receive a message from us with all the delivery details, including the tracking number.

Once the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated email directly from the carrier. It will contain the waybill number and a link to track your delivery status.

What is the warranty coverage?

Every product is covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. If any part of the desk was damaged during transport or is not functioning as it should, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will propose a convenient solution to the problem as quickly as possible.

How to return a product?

You have 100 days to return a product received from us. The intention to return a product can be communicated through an email message directed to the customer service department.
